Nets reach cloud nine with 118-110 win!

It took only 72 games for the Nets to win their 9th game of the season.

They beat the lowly Detroit Pistons.

In the process, they tied the win total of the 1972-1973 Philadelphia 76ers for the dubious distinction of the worse NBA record of all time. That team went 9-73.

More importantly, they won for their second game in a row for the first time season as well.

Brook Lopez lead the Nets with a career high 37 points and Yi Jianlian also had a career high as he poured in 31 of his own.

Now the only question left in the Nets last ten games of the season is will they win at least one more.

Time will tell. Their last game is on April 14th in Miami.
