It's getting cold here in NYC, Royalty will be warming up for a few days next weekend as we take a quick getaway to the Sunshine State of Florida.
The game plan is as follows:
The King and I are going to Orlando and Tampa.The primary purpose is see the new home of the Orlando Magic, the Amway Center which just opened its doors in October. By doing so, we will once again have seen a game in every current NBA arena.
Saturday, December 18th we have a flight booked on Air Tran Airways that departs NY LaGuardia Airport at 8:44AM Eastern Time and it's scheduled to land in Tampa, Florida at 1:34PM Eastern Time after a layover in Atlanta, Georgia.
Upon arrival, I'll be renting a car from Alamo and we'll be driving to Orlando which is 89 miles from Tampa to see the Philadelphia 76ers play the Orlando Magic at 7PM local time.
After the game, we're going to drive 136 miles to Port Charlotte to sleep at Henry Casiano's house. Henry is the King's brother who always accomodates us when we come down.
Sunday, December 19th, we'll be driving 102 miles to Raymond James Stadium to see the Tampa Bay Bucanneers take on the Detroit Lions. Kickoff is scheduled for 1PM local time.
After the game, we'll be driving to the airport which is nearby so we can catch our 6:40PM flight home which also stops in Atlanta and is scheduled to arrive at LaGuardia Airport at 11:03PM. Upon arrival, the King has to go into work. I go home and sleep then go to work Monday morning.
