Sunday, September 12th Carolina Panthers at Giants 1PM First Regular Season Game at New Meadowlands Stadium
Monday, September 13th Baltimore Ravens at Jets 7PM First Monday Night Football Game at New Meadowlands Stadium against Rex Ryan's former team
Sunday, September 19th New England Patriots at Jets 4:15PM Tom Brady hates the Jets. The rivalry adds another dimension
Sunday, September 26th Tennessee Titans at Giants 1PM Will the Titans pick up where they finished last season after a dreadful 0-6 start? We'll see.
Sunday, October 3rd Chicago Bears at Giants 8:20PM First Sunday Night Football Game at New Meadowlands Stadium
Sunday, October 10th Green Bay Packers at Washington Redskins my 10th game at FedEx Field ironically on 10/10/10 It couldn't be more perfect!
Monday, October 11th Minnesota Vikings at Jets 8:30PM Brett Farve returns to the Meadowlands to face the Jets on MNF. In addition, Hans Steiniger, the man behind Quest for 31 said he plans to make his first visit to the New Meadowlands Stadium so Brett Farve won't be alone.
Saturday, October 16th UNLV Runnin' Rebels at Colorado State Rams Noon MT? This game is contingent that I can get there from the Denver International Airport in a timely fashion. I'm supposed to land at 10:35AM. It's a 70 mile drive to Fort Collins where they play.
Saturday, October 16th Utah Utes at Wyoming Cowboys 4PM MT definitely plan to be here. The question is will I arrive on time or a little late. The game in Fort Collins is conveniently right on the way to Laramie, Wyoming. We'll wait and see.
Sunday, October 17th Jets at Denver Broncos 2:05PM MT my first Jet game at Invesco Field. I saw the Jets twice at Mile High back in 1992 and for the torturous AFC Championship Game in January 1999.
Saturday, October 23rd Duke at Virginia Tech TBA? This is contingent on the Baseball Playoffs. I'm hoping that it works out that I can get there.
Sunday, October 24th Buffalo Bills at Baltimore Ravens 1PM I need my football fix there are no games close to home that day. It's a perfect fit if I do get to go to VA Tech.
Sunday, October 31st Green Bay Packers at Jets 1PM Cheeseheads come to New Meadowlands Stadium on Halloween. I'm expecting lots of treats and plenty of Jet trickery on this day.
Saturday, November 6th Minnesota Golden Gophers at Michigan State Spartans TBA Let it be known that the Michigan Wolverines play the Illinois Fightin' Illini in Ann Arbor at the Big House too. I've been there twice. What a great place to see a game. If you're interested I can arrange to drop you off there on my way to East Lansing.
Sunday, November 7th Jets at Detroit Lions 1PM Our friend Frank gets to see his beloved Lions play at home.
Sunday, November 14th Jets at Cleveland Browns 1PM Jets go to the Dawg Pound to take on former coach Eric Mangini and the Browns.
Saturday, November 20th Virginia at Boston College TBA I'm planning to meet up with Andrew Kulyk and Peter Farrell of the Ultimate Sports Road Trip (USRT)
Sunday, November 21st Houston Texans at Jets 1PM assuming the game time time isn't "flexed" since this week marks the beginning of the dreaded flex scheduling. USRT will be on hand to see the New Meadowlands Stadium too. After the game, I'm driving down the Turnpike to see the Sunday Night game assuming it stays intact.
Sunday, November 21st Giants at Philadelphia Eagles 8:20PM NFC East rivals tangle in prime time.
Thursday, November 25th Cincinnnati Bengals at Jets 8:20PM Rematch of the last game at Giants Stadium as well as the Wild Card matchup in January on Thanksgiving night at the New Meadowlands Stadium
Sunday, November 28th Jacksonville Jaguars at Giants 1PM AFC conference matchup with the Jaguars
Thursday, December 2nd HoustonTexans at Philadelphia Eagles 8:30PM Thursday Night Football
Saturday, December 4th Pittsburgh Panthers at Cincinnati Bearcats TBA Rematch of Big East Championship Game that I attended last year at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh. That was an incredible game and comeback by the Bearcats who won 45-44!
Sunday, December 5th New Orleans Saints at Cincinnati Bengals 1PM Super Bowl Champions come to the Jungle to try and tame the Tigers. Last year I saw the Saints beat the Redskins 33-30 in an overtime thriller in Washington D.C. or Landover, Maryland if you will on my way home from that amazing college football game in Pittsburgh. Will it be deja vu all over again. We'll wait and see.
Monday, December 6th Jets at New England Patriots 8:30PM MNF the rivalry continues this time in Foxboro
Sunday, December 12th Miami Dolphins at Jets 4:15PM All you can eat fish fry is on the menu. Please bring your appettite. I expect the Jets to swallow them whole that day.
Sunday, December 19th, Detroit Lions at Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1PM No flexing here. Thank goodness for that.
Sunday, December 26th Jets at Chicago Bears Noon CT I'm be seeing the Jets in Chicagoland for the third time which included a visit to Champaign back in 2002. I saw them in 1997 before they renovated the Soldier Field too.
Thursday, December 30th Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium 3:20PM Big East vs. Big 12 My first ever college football bowl game.
Sunday, January 3, 2011 Buffalo Bills at Jets 1PM Jets should have the division clinched already. If not, it's going to be a very big game with playoff implications.
Playoffs and hopefully a trip to Dallas on February 6th to see the Jets play in Super Bowl XLV.
