Royalty is heading to Florida and Atlanta for a midsummer night's dream!

It's going to be July next week, in preparation Royalty will be spending the middle of the month in different parts of Florida and Atlanta, Georgia.

The main purpose of this latest Stadium Journey is to see the New Marlins Park which will keep us current with the 122 different venues in the Big 4 sports in other words, MLB, NFL, NHL & NBA. In addition, we'll be seeing some new Florida State League ballparks as well as return visits to see the Braves and the Rays.

Thursday, July 12th we have a flight booked on Delta Airlines that departs NY LaGuardia Airport at 7:30AM Eastern Time and it's scheduled to land in West Palm Beach, Florida at 10:25AM Eastern Time.

Upon arrival, I'll be renting a car from Alamo and we're going to drive right to the Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter for some Florida State League baseball at 12:05PM. That will be followed by another minor league game in Daytona Beach that night.

While we're in Florida on Friday we plan to meet up with Paul Derrick from Houston aka the Sporting Puma. He's been inspired by us as he got a taste of Royalty last July when I arranged to have him join us for a trip of a lifetime as he called it. In addition, I plan to see my Uncle Bob who lives in Delray Beach, Florida while we're there. He's suppose to join us for the Marlin game on Monday night.

The game plan is as follows:

Thursday, July 12th Dunedin Blue Jays at Jupiter Hammerheads 12:05PM

Palm Beach Cardinals at Daytona Cubs 7:05PM

Friday, July 13th Nationals at Marlins 7:10PM

Saturday, July 14th Mets at Braves 4:05PM

Sunday, July 15th Red Sox at Rays 1:40PM

Monday, July 16th Lakeland Flying Tigers at Palm Beach Cardinals 12:05PM

                             Nationals at Marlins 7:10PM

We'll be flying back home on Tuesday, July 17th. Our flight on Delta Airlines departs West Palm Beach at 11AM Eastern Time and lands at LaGuardia at 1:53PM Eastern Time.

Please feel free to check back for all the details of how this adventure turned out. It's going to be another instant classic roadie royalty style.

If you want to join us, please let me know so I can arrange to make it happen.

Thank you for reading and following along.

Yours truly,

Gary Herman

That's quite a drive from Miami to Atlanta on Friday night/Saturday morning. Best of luck with the trip, but especially that tough stretch

Thanks for the kind words. I have everything planned out well so I expect to be up to the challenge especially for that tough stretch which Paul Derrick is specifically joining us for. That's added motivation to make sure I get it done. Check back for the recap of this latest royal adventure.

Small typo, Roger Dean Stadium is in Jupiter, not Juniper. Speaking of Jupiter, they are in Tampa on Sunday night at 5 should the Sox Rays game end early.

Enjoy Marlins park and be sure to try the Holiday Bakery out front if you like baked goods. A rare find at the major league level.

Go Jays! I'm seeing them tonight in Daytona to finish my FSL trip.
